The closed Joint-stock company "Sakhalin Leasing Flot" was formed on September, 24th, 1997 and registered in the city of Kholmsk, the Sakhalin area. In Joint-Stock Company "Sakhalin Leasing Flot" work nearby 400 person: 20 person on coast and nearby 380 person sailors (seamans), having experience in serving foreign technics. The company is the largest tax bearer of Kholmsks area that makes the huge importance for it. The basic kind of activity — catch, deep processing and sale fresh-frozen fishproducts.

From the first steps the company became the largest tenant of the advanced in the Far East pool of Russia of vessels according to the time of construction, technical and technological equipment in a fishing complex of Sakhalin. The structure of its fleet included 9 fodder trawlers (RÒÌ) project FVS-419 of type "stercoder" German construction which send from old tenants in 1998. The processing equipment of firm BAADER (without waste technology, conformity to the international requirements to food technological machines) is established on this vessels. Since 2003 the fleet of firm has replenished with 3 large-capacity vessels BMRT and BÀÒÌ and 1 vessel for coastal catch type SRTM-K.

Directly on a vessel the fish-raw is processed in a high-quality fillet sea frosts without addition of any chemicals, waters and other components of various complexity of stacking: skinless fillet without bone, skinless PinBoneIn fillet interlived, with a skin, a fillet of a pollack, a fillet of a cod. Also is issued: a fillet of Pacific Halibut, minced from a Alaska Pollack, Gods, Alaska Pollock Roe, the without waste technology gives a fishmeal, tubes and tentacles of a Squid, Atka Mackerel Gutted, Atka Mackerel fillet SkinOn PinBoneIn Block, the Pacific Halibut headed, Pacific Halibut fillet SkinOn PinBoneIn and also whole-round production deep frosts from by catch the Pacific halibut, Rock Sole, Atka Mackerel, Pacific Herring.

Production of the company is accompanied by the certificate of quality accepted in the countries of the European Union, therefore it is got willingly by firms of the Europe, Republic Korea, China and other countries. All vessels are certificated, have registration numbers for export of production. Since 2004, considering tendencies in a fish facilities, the company delivers production on a home market. In the near future the company plans to increase deliveries for the Russian market. In 2005 deliveries have sharply increased and the assortment of let out production on the Russian market on 19,6%

Joint-Stock Company " Sakhalin Leasing Fleet " is the leader among the Sakhalin fishing companies in catching a pollack, manufacturing a fillet and caviar from this valuable food fish. The enterprise is not necessary on a place and works above creation of new kinds of production. A policy of the company is the investment of money in the modernization of manufacture.
